Las cámaras bullet se utilizan para un uso exterior, ya que tienen una protección que las hacen resistentes a adversidades externas como la lluvia o el polvo. Aunque obviamente también pueden ser instaladas en el interior.
En este caso, este producto utiliza la tecnología IP para su funcionamiento, con un lente de 2.8mm-12mm para manejar la vision.
Tiene un lente motorizado de 2.8 a 12 milímetros capaz de hacer zoom real de forma remota desde cualquier móvil, tablet u ordenador. La cámara puede variar el ángulo de visión desde los 27.7º hasta los 86.8º, adaptando así la imagen a las características particulares de cada lugar.
Los megapíxeles refieren a la cantidad de píxeles que conforman a una fotografía, es decir, que cuántos más tenga más se podrá ampliar la imagen, pero esto no supone mejor calidad. Por ende, el megapíxel refiere a la resolución de la cámara.
Por otro lado, las cámara tipo bullet suelen apuntar a una única dirección fija, otro de los motivos por los que se suelen instalar más bien en el exterior y espacios abiertos. Pudiéndose colocar tanto en techos como en paredes.
